• Guidelines Before Applying for the Language Clinic
- Students may schedule a maximum of 2 appointments per week for Language clinics.
- Students can only make reservations for clinics within 2 weeks before the date of applicaion.
- Students with more than 2 cancellations and/or absences will be unable to schedule clinics for the rest of the semester.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be recorded as an absence.
- Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours in advance. The clinic registration system does not allow cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time.
- Group clinic sessions are available. Please contact your instructor to adjust the number of members.
- Although registering in advance is recommended, walk-in appointments are possible.

How to Use the ZEUS Clinic

• Clinic Application Step 1
- ZEUS> Myservice> Student> Clinic 신청
1) When you click on "Clinic Registration," a "Registration Information" popup window will appear.
2) Please read the contents of the popup window carefully.

• Clinic Application Step 2
1) Check the schedule and click on an available teacher that matches your preferred time.
The “0/1” indicator shows whether the slot is available for booking.

• Clinic Application Step 3
1) To book a session, double-click the desired time slot, select your preferred teacher, and then click the "Apply" button.
