The quality of submissions for this semester's contest was very good.  The entrants all tired to present interesting and inspiring guides about the destinations that have special places in their hearts. Unfortunately, there can be only one winner and the winning entry was chosen based on the passion and style with which the writer presented their chosen destination's tourist offerings. Even though the writing may not have been the best, in terms of grammar, it was definitely the best at capturing the spirit of the essay prompt along with the wonder and excitement of exploring and discovering new and diverse places.

Many congratulations to the first place and other winners! A job very well done! We also thank all the entrants and look forward to hosting the next contest.
